Biodynamic Flow is a training school that specializes in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

Craniosacral Biodynamics signifies a shift in approach in how therapists engage with clients. It involves connecting with a subtle and profound level of listening to the body, where the innate wisdom and health of the individual can find expression, leading to the restoration of balance on all levels—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

In this approach, the therapist acts as a guide and facilitator, assisting the client in accessing their internal resources, but ultimately, it is the client who accesses healing from within. As a result, clients often experience increased vitality, focus, and positive changes in their lives and habits, leading to greater harmony within themselves and their environment. They tap into a natural order imbued with innate intelligence, accelerating their learning and evolution towards heightened consciousness and harmony.

As Lao Tzu eloquently stated, “the hardest Armor is melted by the softest touch,” and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy embodies this principle. Through gentle, compassionate listening, it dissolves the barriers and patterns of resistance that have been built up over time due to life experiences, offering clients the opportunity for profound healing.

The Biodynamic Flow School not only trains therapists in perception and active listening skills but also equips them with the resources to cultivate a state of Being characterized by full Presence, which enhances the Healing process.

Craniosacral Biodynamics thus becomes a path of personal development and evolution, enriching the practice of therapy as a rewarding profession.

The hardest armor is melted by the softest touch.

Margarita and Patricia

“Our paths converged with Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST), and we are deeply grateful for it being the gateway to greater Consciousness and our Spiritual evolution.

We know and feel that BCST is much more than a therapy; it is a way of learning to Be and Be, in Full Presence. It is a different way of ‘Perceiving’, from Love, from a Natural and Respectful order, in which the Rhythm and Priority of the person are respected, simply allowing them to be, without the need to intervene, without expectations. Opening ourselves to the Universe of the unknown with a single purpose, to bring more Light, Love, and Harmony to each human being with whom we come into contact every day.

We contribute our knowledge and experience and offer professional training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) that we hope will also serve as that ‘Open Door’ to the understanding of Being and Health as an inherent principle of life.”

The AETBC interviews Margarita San Antonio

Interview published in the AETBC Member Newsletter of December 2022 in the “Interview Corner” section.

We interviewed Margarita San Antonio, who has been recognized as a professor by the Spanish Association of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy since October 2022. We extend a warm welcome and express our gratitude for your efforts in promoting this therapy. The delivery of the accrediting Diploma is pending, which we will present at the next assembly in May 2023. Thank you, Margarita, for your contribution.

  1. How did you get into Craniosacral Biodynamics?

It’s a long story, although I’ll try to summarize it.

I graduated in Economics and Business and worked in Human Resources at a consulting company for almost 7 years. However, I felt an inner calling that this wasn’t my path, so I began exploring manual therapies.

While working, I studied chiromassage, lymphatic drainage, and later osteopathy on weekends. During my second year of osteopathy, I decided to fully commit to therapies as I felt it was my true calling.

I started working at a Spa in Madrid Mountains on weekends, gaining experience while completing my osteopathy studies.

The last year of osteopathy was revealing as it introduced me to Craniosacral Therapy, where I felt more comfortable and confident than with osteopathic manipulation.

After completing my osteopathy studies, I worked as an osteopath at San José Hospital (now Quirón Hospital) while also starting my private practice.

Personal reasons led me to San Juan (Alicante), where I discovered Craniosacral Biodynamics in Jávea, led by Robert Harris and the European School of Craniosacral Therapy. It was love at first sight, and Biodynamics changed my life.

After finishing my training in Jávea, I returned to Madrid and began assisting Robert Harris’s training courses, eventually becoming a teacher. I was part of the European School of Craniosacral Therapy for almost 8 years before returning to the Mediterranean, marrying my wife Patricia, and taking a break from training to focus on spiritual growth.

  1. What attracted you to this technique, and what made you get more deeply involved?

Craniosacral Biodynamics brought exponential change to my life and personal/spiritual development. I witnessed how this subtle therapy, which connects you with the Breath of Life, realigned me with my essence and brought changes in myself and my environment. It opened a path of dedication and service to help others experience this wonderful approach to health and receive the light needed for life changes.

Professionally, I gradually dedicated myself more to Craniosacral Biodynamics, integrating it into my life.

  1. What motivated you to become certified as a teacher?

A serendipitous encounter with a potential student named Gabriela, who expressed a desire to train in Craniosacral Therapy with me,

inspired me to consider teaching. This encounter, followed by a divine sign through a song sent by another person, affirmed the path of training for me and my wife Patricia.

  1. What do you like to share most with the students?

I enjoy sharing my knowledge and clinical experience, using examples to enhance understanding.

I also appreciate sharing meditations, body awareness exercises, and spiritual teachings that emerge.

Exchanging experiences and insights is enriching.

Overall, I’m passionate about helping more people learn about Craniosacral Biodynamics and true health approaches.

  1. Do you think your approach to biodynamics is the same as when you started as a therapist?

My approach has evolved significantly, and Biodynamics is now fully integrated into my life.

Therapy extends beyond the treatment table; it’s about being present and witnessing important changes in people even in everyday situations.

  1. What do you like most about being a teacher?

I find satisfaction in knowing that students will undergo significant personal and evolutionary growth, benefiting themselves and their communities.

It’s a constructive and expansive endeavor.

  1. What aspects of biodynamics do you emphasize the most?

I emphasize therapeutic presence, neutrality, and compassion as foundational aspects. When integrated into your being, these qualities become the therapy itself.

We also highlight Becker’s Inherent Plan, which directs treatment and facilitates self-healing by connecting clients with their inherent resources.

  1. If you had to recommend biodynamics training, what would you highlight?

Biodynamics training offers comprehensive personal and spiritual development, deep understanding of internal health, and efficient trauma resolution.

It’s accessible to therapists looking to expand their skills

or individuals seeking transformative change and a new profession.

Osteopaths can also benefit by expanding their knowledge to include the holistic approach of Biodynamics.

  1. How do you perceive students’ evolution during training?

First I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised because nowadays students are learning very quickly, that’s how I see it and feel it. From the beginning they are asking very interesting questions and are anticipating what will be seen in future class seminars. They are very participatory.

I also find it very satisfactory that they feel and perceive the different rhythms sooner each time, especially the Mid Tide and the Long Tide. When they hand in the written practices they do at home, it is surprising to read the experiences they have, since from the beginning they describe the processes with great clarity.

I notice improvements in their ability to perceive rhythms and describe processes with clarity.

Their impeccable therapeutic attitude and personal growth are evident in practical sessions.

Witnessing their evolution and supporting them on their journey is truly rewarding.
