The Postgraduate Courses serve as a specialized complement to the Comprehensive Training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, enhancing knowledge in specific areas that are often not covered in standard training programs. The Postgraduate Courses currently offered include:
Postgraduate in Craniosacral Biodynamics and Postural Consciousness: "Our posture determines how we perceive the world"
This postgraduate course spans over two weekends and aims to equip biodynamic craniosacral therapists with resources to assess and enhance posture awareness in their clients, facilitating clearer bodily changes throughout the therapeutic process.
Drawing from Craniosacral Biodynamics, we explore posture through an understanding of the fascial system as a fluid-tissue matrix, incorporating insights from embryology and the primal organizational forces that shape our form.
We delve into the fascial system as an integrative network that shapes our body’s “Form” and communicates with the central nervous system, particularly through the interoceptive pathway, which acknowledges internal bodily sensations and emotions.
The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical exercises and body awareness techniques to efficiently integrate changes dynamically.
Program:
Módulo I:
- Understanding posture and postural balance.
- Exploring the organizing axis of posture from craniosacral biodynamics and its connection with embryology.
- Investigating the fascial system as a tissue-fluid matrix.
- Exploring the dural tube and the concept of the “river of life.”
- Practice sessions.
- Enhancing awareness and integrating changes.
Módulo II:
- Deepening the understanding of the fascial system and its connection with the central nervous system.
- Exploring entry points for sensory information (postural sensors).
- Approaching each postural sensor from a craniosacral biodynamics perspective.
- Fostering awareness of changes.
- Integration exercises.
